Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS OVERVIEW:
At Energetic Vibes we do our absolute best to ensure that our product descriptions are as in-depth as possible and pictures are as representable as possible so that you will not encounter any unexpected surprises when you receive our product offerings. We want you to know exactly what you are ordering. However, we do understand there may be times when an item needs to be returned. Our return policy is as follows:
RETURN POLICY:
If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase or 7 days after the date of delivery confirmation, whichever is most recent, we cannot accept a return nor offer a refund or exchange for any item.
New Item Return Policy:
- New, unused, unworn eligible Items may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days from date of purchase OR 7 days after delivery confirmation of the order, whichever is most recent. To initiate a return, submit a return request via email to Energeticvibes2019@gmail.com. After a return request is received, we will notify you of approval/denial, if other info is required and next steps.
- Return items must be unused and in the same condition received.
- Return items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Return items must not be an ineligible item listed below.
- Sale, Special Offer or items marked "All Sales Final" in the item description are not returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- An item received different than ordered may be returned for a replacement item if we are notified within 7 days of delivery confirmation via email at Energeticvibes2019@gmail.com.
- Within those 7 days, please send at least 2 photographs of the incorrect item received and packaging, along with a request for replacement to Energeticvibes2019@gmail.com.
- After a request is received within those 7 days, along with photographs clearly indicating an incorrect item sent, we will send a return shipping label to return the incorrect item.
- A replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received, inspected and approved.
- Return items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
Damaged Item(s) Return Policy:
- If an item is received damaged, a replacement item will be sent to you if you notify us within 7 days of delivery confirmation via email at Energeticvibes2019@gmail.com.
- Within those 7 days, please send at least 2 photographs of the damaged item and packaging, along with a request for replacement to Energeticvibes2019@gmail.com.
- Depending on the item and damage, the item may or may not be required to be returned to us.
- If required to be returned, we will send you a return shipping label to return the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received, inspected and approved.
- If not required to be returned, a replacement item will be sent once we approve the damaged item replacement request.
Damaged or incorrect items received reported AFTER 7 days from the delivery confirmation date are NOT be eligible for refund or replacement.
Items Ineligible For Return:
- Sale, Special Offer or items marked "All Sales Final" in the item description are not returnable.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards are not returnable/refundable.
- Downloadable products are not returnable/refundable.
- Some health and personal care items are not returnable/refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Once a Return Approval email has been received from Energetic Vibes: Mail the product to: Energetic Vibes, PO Box 699, Elkhorn NE 68022, United States. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany the product return.
NOTE: Please do not send a return directly to the manufacturer or any other address, a refund will not be granted if done so.
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for a returned item, with exception to damaged items and incorrect items received as stated above. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if we supply a return shipping label.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If returning an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item and insurance is added protection.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification that we have received the returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of a refund, if applicable.
Any item returned and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.
For approved refunds, the refund will be processed within 3 business days of the date of email notification, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
If a refund has not been received after notification of approval and 7 business days have passed, please first check with the bank/credit card company again. Then please contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at EnergeticVibes2019@gmail.com and we will research the delay.
Exchanges (If Applicable):
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification that we have received the returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of an exchange, if applicable.
Any item returned and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.
For approved exchanges, the new exchange item will be processed within 3 business days of the date of email notification, and on its way to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Order Cancellations:
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at Energeticvibes2019@gmail.com within 12 hours of your order. After 12 hours, it is automatically processed as accepted and in process to be delivered to you.
